Founder, Director
Kat leads The Fwd Forge, the consultancy she founded after years of being on the inside of many high growth companies and challenger brands.
Kat brings a generalist skillset with the scars, stories and learnings from scaling companies like Tails.com, Graze.com and innocent Drinks. Most recently, a decade at Tails.com from pre-launch to an established top 10 UK pet brand saw Kat deliver across many functions: from manufacturing, data, innovation, digital product, and algorithm development to Loyalty; then General Management of Republic of Cats and finally spearheading the journey to Tails.com being a certified B Corp.
A Leadership Team member since the start, Tails.com was a rollercoaster of growth and challenge that crystalised Kat’s love of creating customer-led products and experiences that lead to growth powered by motivated and engaged teams.
All built on top of Kat’s strong numbers background and ability to see patterns connecting the dots to create “ah ha” moments and simple frameworks.
